CANADIAN BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION PRESENTS:

An Evening of Theatre, Starring Your Stories

Thursday, May 11, 2006
Breast Cancer Unscripted

Breast cancer touches everyone: the women and men diagnosed with the disease, the loved ones who support them, and the health care practitioners who treat them. Each of these individuals has a unique experience of breast cancer. Together, these experiences form a compelling narrative that expresses what is common about a disease we each experience so differently… a narrative that deepens our collective understanding of what it is to live with breast cancer.

Join the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, presenting sponsor Scotiabank, Toronto Playback Theatre, and host Beverly Thomson of CTV’s Canada AM for Breast Cancer Unscripted, and be engaged in an interactive performance where any voice and any story can be heard. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their own experience with breast cancer, hear other people’s experiences, and see them represented theatrically with truth and honour. Or, just sit back, listen and watch.
